How do I get a pass for a Printemps de la musique route?
To get a pass for either route, you must go to the Printemps de la musique online box office.
Are there individual tickets for indoor concerts?
For some concerts and in very limited quantities, individual tickets are available through the online box office.

Alternatively, visit us at the Bon Vieux-Québec Headquarters (located in the City Hall gardens). Our staff will be on-site at the information booth during the following hours:

- Friday, May 15, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 16, between 9:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Sunday, May 17, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
How to access the festival’s various activities?
To enjoy the shows presented as part of the festival’s three routes, purchase a festival pass or a single concert ticket. Single tickets are available for select concerts only and in very limited quantities.
To attend the gourmet concerts, you must purchase a single ticket. These are available in limited quantities through the online ticketing system.
The activities presented at the Bon Vieux-Québec Headquarters and at Palais Montcalm are free of charge.
How much does it cost to access the activities?
You can view the prices of the various passes and individual tickets and purchase them directly on the online box office.

How do I pick up my pass or individual ticket ordered online?
All passes and individual tickets are sent electronically at the time of purchase via Lepointdevente.com. To access the activities, you will need to present your electronic passes or individual tickets at the reception desk of each concert.
During the festival, you’ll find an information booth at the Bon Vieux-Québec Headquarters, open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, and from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17. If you need assistance with your passes or e-tickets, please don’t hesitate to visit.
What happens if it rains?
In case of rain, the festival’s outdoor activities will take place as far as possible. Some activities may be cancelled. Check our social media for updates.
Our staff will be at the Bon Vieux-Québec Headquarters rain or shine to welcome you.
How long are the concerts?
The performances of the concerts presented as part of the Night Stroll and the Desjardins Grand Strolls last an average of 30 minutes.
The performances of the gourmet concerts last 45 minutes.
Will food be available for purchase on the festival site?
Yes! The Bon Vieux-Québec Headquarters offers a variety of refreshing drinks and snacks.

Where can I park my car?
Parking is limited in Old Quebec. We therefore recommend that you get there on foot, by bicycle, or by public transit. If you wish to drive, you can park in one of the two public parking lots: D’Youville Parking and City Hall Parking, or at a parking meter on the street. These parking lots require a fee.
