Notre-Dame de Québec Cathedral-Basilica
Founded in 1664 by François de Laval, it is the oldest parish in America, north of the Spanish colonies. Since 2014, the Basilica cathedral has had a Holy Door, the only one of its kind outside Europe. More than 800,000 people visit the Basilica Cathedral every year, a place of faith, of history and of cultural and musical heritage.
