Les Rhapsodes present a repertoire evoking eternal light
The Chœur Les Rhapsodes presents works by contemporary composers from here and abroad that illustrate in music the theme of eternal light, offering the audience a moment of recollection, well-being and pure soothing for body and spirit. The Monastère des Augustines is the perfect setting for the presentation of this contemporary sacred repertoire.
A place once sacred and associated with body care, now transformed into a meditative oasis for the care of the spirit, embodies the integral well-being that comes from evoking light through music.

The Choeur Les Rhapsodes are pleased to present their 63nd season in 2024-2025. Made up of nearly 40 choristers under the musical and artistic direction of David Rompré, the Chœur offers a varied, high-quality musical program, promoting the development of new musical talent in the region.

Since 2015, the Monastère des Augustines has been offering cultural and wellness activities in a non-denominational setting. With its service offering focused on heritage and global health, this NPO continues the tradition of care of the Augustines, a hospital community that arrived in Quebec in 1639.
